Wire mesh partitions also known as security partitions have many different uses. Wire mesh partitioning has a modular design for easy assembly. and base plates that surface mount to the floor and is secured with concrete floor anchors.
Wire mesh partition panels are hung from square steel tubing posts. They feature a modular design that allows you to easily re-configure your partition arrangement, or take it with you to a new facility.
Trammell has years of experience designing and installing wire mesh partition systems. We have the tools and know how to implement and execute security enclosures and storage area cages.
Wire mesh partitioning is used in many different applications including distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, military facilities, store rooms, and storage facilities. Create secure enclosures with custom sizes for your specific application.
All of the applications of wire mesh partitioning include but are not limited to:
Your wire partition system is available with welded wire panels and woven wire panels. Woven and wire mesh is welded to sturdy angle frames that create a modular wire mesh panel. Both woven and welded wire mesh have benefits to them. There are also wire mesh substitutes including sheet metal or lexan partitioning systems to create a solid barrier. Both wire materials can be made steel with powder coat finish or stainless steel.
Woven wire panels with 2" x 1" 10-gauge wire with rectangular mesh, is by far the most common choice. WireCrafters style 840 woven wire mesh is embraced by automotive manufacturing for machine guards and by the drug enforcement agency for DEA cages. This 2" x 1" woven wire mesh is tight enough to keep small items safe but large enough to keep good visibility into your your tool crib. Woven wire panels also have a little bit of give in them making them harder to damage. The 1/2" x 1/2" 12 gauge wire is the tightest weave and has been used by the federal reserve as a dime (the smallest coin cannot pass through.
Welded wire panels2" x 2" 10-gauge square mesh is the most common welded wire style. Welded wire panels are commonly used in products including storage cages, tenant storage lockers, rack backing, and pallet rack enclosures. Welded wire is lighter because less wire is utilized during the construction of the modular panels. One positive of welded wire panels is it is easily cut out and framed without unraveling if you have pipes or other items that need to run through the fence.
Customize your wire mesh partition door to suit your needs. Single and double swing doors available along with sliding cage doors. Doors can be from 3' wide up to 16' wide to suit your specific application. Wire mesh panels can be custom made to be able to align your door wherever you need it to be. Take into consideration if you will be driving a forklift or other machinery through your gate, as you will need to consider a tunnel door with no overhead obstruction.
As you can see wire security cages have a variety of applications and options available. It is important that you work with someone who takes all of your specific needs into consideration when designing your wire mesh enclosure. Trammell equipment has the experience and engineering expertise to design the most effective modular system to create physical barriers for your storage systems.
